How can I purchase a home if I have a few slow pays?
Everyone has problems now and then. We have relationships with certain lenders that can help us overcome most situations.

What if I do not have enought money for closing costs?
No problem, we offer a Lease with option to purchase (requires a lower down payment). A portion of your down payment and monthly lease payment will go towards the closing costs (each program could vary)

How long can I lease a property before I can purchase?
We typically have a 12 month lease. But, we can work with you to help you achieve you goal. Remember, we are here to help you!

How quick can I move in?
If you are leasing, you can typically take possession in about two weeks. We have information that we must follow up on prior to completing the lease. If you are purchasing, this takes about 30 days.

Do you require a credit check?
Yes we do. Just because someone has a few problems on their credit report does not mean that you will be denied. We will do our best to help you find a way to get into a home for you and your family.

Are there up front fees that I have to pay?
You will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of $45.00 for the credit check. The credit Bureau charges for this. Upon approval and closing on the home or signing the Lease agreement, we will credit this towards your closing or first months lease.

Can you help me if I am in or soon to be in foreclosure or tax lien trouble?
In most cases we can. We may be able to leverage our relationship with lenders in the area to purchase your home and lease it back to you and keep you out of foreclosure.
